I love it! very Alexander McQueen. The colours work really well together, did you use organza?

Thank you so much, I love Alexander McQueen which makes me very happy that you said that:boogie:!!! Part of the project was that we had to keep the colours neutral and for the skirt I used net which I dyed with tea!!!!

Yay, another Alexander McQueen fan! only the best designers come from theu.k. and i can easilly say this because Versace menswear is the most boring i have ever seen!.. ever. though dolce gabbana is more wearable than McQueen. meh, i love McQueen! :)

wow, net, dyed with tea, that is a new one for me, really nice effect.

Wow thank you!! :glomp: Believe it on not I finished the skirt the day before I had to bring it in, not to mention everything else that was required to complete the project!! I’ve just got offered a place on a degree course for fashion so I will definitely be carrying it on! Shellac can be brought in a liquid form but I got my lemon shellac in a flake form which I dissolved in ethanol…looks like sticky toffee smells like toxic waste!!! I just painted the calico corset with it!:boogie:
